JACO Lightning L3-Series bike tire air chuck is an open flow style unit with a 1/4" F-NPT fitting. It has no internal check valve, so air flows through the chuck as soon as an air source is connected and turned on. It is designed for Presta and Schrader valve stems and is compatible with 12-volt tire inflators, onboard air compressors, hand-operated inflator tools, and tire pressure gauges. Open flow style cautions: do not connect directly to the airline of an air compressor with an air tank, such as a pancake compressor; if using a tank-equipped compressor, you must also use an inline, hand-operated tire inflation tool.
The Lightning L3-Series is the first air chuck created with Lightning Technology compatible with both Presta and Schrader valve stems. The 90 degree body lets you get in between wheel spokes to access the valve stem, and the 360° swivel head rotates freely to reduce hose tension during inflation. The twist-lock dual-setting sleeve allows quick switching between Presta and Schrader with an airtight seal, and the Quick-Release sleeve rapidly disconnects from the valve with zero air loss. Key features include AirLock Technology, which uses military-grade locking threads to grab and hold the valve stem for an airtight seal; and a two-pack that works with the Lightning Adapter for portable 12V pumps.

The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping.
