Iceberg Lettuce (Lactuca sativa 'Iceberg') is a crisp, classic head lettuce for your garden. It forms tight, large heads with a satisfying crunch and a delicate, mild flavor. This variety supports a cut-and-come-again harvest by allowing you to harvest the entire head or pick individual leaves as needed. It offers good heat tolerance for spring and fall plantings.
It is easy to grow in well-drained, fertile soil with consistent moisture. Mature plants typically reach 8 to 12 inches in height. Grow in full sun, and in hotter months provide partial shade to prevent bolting. Seeds are sown at a shallow depth with 12 to 18 inches between plants. The heads have a relatively long shelf life and provide hydration plus vitamins A and K, though it is lower in some nutrients than other varieties.

My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping. So glad she arrived looking as beautiful as i was hoping. Also had a surprise red arrow syngonium cutting that’s beautiful. Also customer service was amazing. Will definitely order from them again.
