Our 18x30 doormat features a natural coir front and a slip-resistant backing. The design uses cured UV ink that affixes directly to each fiber, helping prevent fading, and there is no vinyl involved, so there is no peeling. All doormats will discolor after exposure to water and high traffic. To extend life, keep the mat in a dry, covered area. Cleaning is simple—shake or vacuum away debris.
Each mat is unique. Some may be darker or lighter than the photo and may have variances of color in the mat. Coir fibers can vary in thickness and occasional husk chunks may be present. My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping. So glad she arrived looking as beautiful as i was hoping. Also had a surprise red arrow syngonium cutting that’s beautiful. Also customer service was amazing. Will definitely order from them again.
