Japanese Daikon (Raphanus sativus var. longipinnatus) is a radish native to East and Southeast Asia. The name daikon comes from the Japanese words 'dai' meaning large and 'kon' meaning root. This seed packet contains 1000 Non-GMO seeds.
The daikon root is large and typically six inches to over a foot long with a two to three inch diameter. Skin is thin and crisp; color is normally white, but can vary by variety. Interior is white, with a mild, slightly sweet flavor that may be peppery when raw.

My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping. So glad she arrived looking as beautiful as i was hoping. Also had a surprise red arrow syngonium cutting that’s beautiful. Also customer service was amazing. Will definitely order from them again.
