The Jamaican Dandelion Plant, also known as the Piss-a-Bed Plant or Coffee Senna, is a tropical to subtropical, short‑lived biennial native to the tropical Americas. It belongs to the Fabaceae family and is related to Carob and the Lablab Bean. The plant features hefty compound leaves, small yellow flower clusters, and seed pods, and every part of the plant is used.
Traditionally in Jamaica it is used as a cold helper and diuretic, and is said to support liver cleansing and relieve shortness of breath. The leaves are applied externally to ringworm and eczema. Seeds, when parched and ground, can be brewed into a coffee‑like drink believed to aid the bladder and kidneys. This species has documented antibacterial, anticancerous, antidiabetic, antifungal, anti-inflammatory, and antimutagenic properties.

My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping. So glad she arrived looking as beautiful as i was hoping. Also had a surprise red arrow syngonium cutting that’s beautiful. Also customer service was amazing. Will definitely order from them again.
