Jackfruit Tree is a large evergreen fruit tree native to India and is known to produce the largest fruit in the world. Its outer rind is hard and textured, and the fruit contains a fleshy yellow pulp with a pulled-pork-like texture.
When ripe and unopened, it may smell slightly unpleasant; when opened, it smells and tastes like pineapple bubble gum. Typical fruit weight is around 35 pounds, with reports of over 100 pounds in its native climate. The fruit is a source of vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients, carbohydrates, electrolytes, fiber, fat and protein, and contains calories but no cholesterol or saturated fats. My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping. So glad she arrived looking as beautiful as i was hoping. Also had a surprise red arrow syngonium cutting that’s beautiful. Also customer service was amazing. Will definitely order from them again.
