Your dog stays cool as long as the bandana remains wet. Bring a water bottle to re-wet it on the go. If the bandana is too large, roll it down before tying to make it smaller. My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping.
