Hoan Ngoc Plant (pronounced Juan-nahk) originates from Vietnam and thrives in heat and partial sun exposure. It is easy to grow in containers when the soil is kept damp and fertilizer is applied regularly. This herb grows upright and branches to a small bush, reaching about 4–5 feet tall in containers and making an attractive houseplant.
It loves to be watered, with guidance to water as much as twice daily to keep the soil moist but not soggy. In cold climates it does not tolerate frost and should be indoors or in a greenhouse; in Florida it may yellow in winter and should be moved indoors when temperatures drop below 50 degrees. The leaves have been used in traditional Thai and Vietnamese remedies to treat digestive diseases and are said to contain anti-microbial and anti-cancer properties that may help with a range of conditions, including stomach inflammation, skin issues, diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, migraines, liver and kidney inflammation, uterine pain, and general nourishment. It is also used in Thai cuisine in salads, soups, and stir-fries. It is suitable for USDA Hardiness Zones 10 and up and appreciates partial sun to mostly shaded areas.

Good solution. The little flies have disappeared. We were sure to mist/moisten the surface of each plant once a day for 4 or 5 days, after the initial application of the nematodes, to keep the little guys mobile and able to get to any remaining eggs. So, go for it!

My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping. So glad she arrived looking as beautiful as i was hoping. Also had a surprise red arrow syngonium cutting that’s beautiful. Also customer service was amazing. Will definitely order from them again.
