Eretmocerus eremicus is a parasitoid wasp that lays eggs underneath whitefly nymphs, and when the larvae emerge they feed on the whiteflies from the inside out. It is best known for controlling Tobacco whitefly (Bemesia tabaci) and Greenhouse whitefly (Trialeurodes vapariorum).
For best results, hang the cards on plants where whiteflies are present and keep them out of direct sunlight. Storage is recommended for a maximum of 2 days at 42-50 °F (6-10 °C). Host feed on whitefly nymphs. Application rates by infestation level: Preventative 1-2 cards per 1000 sq ft every 2-4 weeks; Moderate infestation 2-4 cards per 1000 sq ft every 1-2 weeks; Heavy infestation 4-8 cards per 1000 sq ft every 1 week. My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping. So glad she arrived looking as beautiful as i was hoping. Also had a surprise red arrow syngonium cutting that’s beautiful. Also customer service was amazing. Will definitely order from them again.
