Encarsia Formosa Whitefly Control for Greenhouses
Encarsia formosa is a tiny parasitic wasp and the most cost-effective biological control for greenhouse whitefly. It parasitizes many whitefly species and is best known for controlling greenhouse whitefly (Trialeurodes vaporariorum) and tobacco whitefly (Bemesia tabaci) in greenhouse and indoor settings.
Application rates vary by infestation level: Preventative: 1-2 per plant when pests are first noticed; Moderate Infestation: 2-4 per square foot; Heavy Infestation: 4-8 per square foot. For best results, release as soon as possible after receipt, and avoid temperatures below 50°F or above 90°F. Do not release if pesticides have been used within the last two weeks. Release in the early morning or late afternoon at the base of plants or on leaves near whitefly hotspots, and repeat every two weeks until control is achieved. Storage is limited to a maximum of 2 days at 42-50 °F (6-10 °C).

My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping.
