Aphidius matricariae provides biological control of aphids, using a parasitic wasp that targets more than 40 species. It attacks pests such as green peach aphid (Myzus persicae), tobacco peach aphid (Myzus persicae var. nicotianae), Aphis gossypii, Aphis fabae, and Myzus persicae nicotianae.
Release rate depends on infestation level: Preventative 10-20 per square foot, moderate 20-40, heavy 40-80. Release at the first sign of aphids for best results. The wasp is not active below 50°F (10°C) and has reduced fitness above 82.4°F (28°C). Monitor for parasitized aphids, or “mummies,” which look bronzed and papery. It can be used preventatively, curatively, or for established infestations, and provides faster and more extensive parasitization of aphids than other Aphidius species and is better adapted to low temperatures and less susceptible to hyperparasites.

My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping. So glad she arrived looking as beautiful as i was hoping. Also had a surprise red arrow syngonium cutting that’s beautiful. Also customer service was amazing. Will definitely order from them again.
