If your panel is ground-switched but your accessory is hot-switched or a three-wire light, the Ground Switch Conversion Relay Harness provides a straightforward solution. It is designed to be added to an 8-gang switch panel to accommodate these loads.
From the relay: Black goes to ground; Red and White go to hot; Blue goes to the hot from your accessory.

My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping. So glad she arrived looking as beautiful as i was hoping. Also had a surprise red arrow syngonium cutting that’s beautiful. Also customer service was amazing. Will definitely order from them again.
