Greek Oregano is a hardy, aromatic herb prized for its bold, peppery flavor and versatile culinary uses. This perennial grows to about 12-18 inches tall, with small, dark green leaves packed with fragrance. Thriving in full sun and well-draining soil, it is drought-tolerant and low-maintenance, making it an excellent addition to herb gardens, borders, or containers. The plant matures quickly, and regular harvesting encourages fresh growth throughout the growing season.
Its small white flowers attract bees and butterflies, adding ornamental value as you harvest. It is spicier than the traditional Italian variety, with smaller leaves that can be used fresh or dried. Leaves retain flavor well when dried; dry away from sun to preserve color and flavor. Store in an airtight container. The small hairs on the leaves help prevent water loss.

My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping. So glad she arrived looking as beautiful as i was hoping. Also had a surprise red arrow syngonium cutting that’s beautiful. Also customer service was amazing. Will definitely order from them again.
