Flags are cut and hemmed by hand, so listed dimensions may not be 100% accurate. For each grommet added, our seamstress sews on a thick patch before the grommet is punched through, creating a heavier-duty hold. The flags are made from Dupont Solar-Max nylon with aniline-dye saturation that yields vivid colors on both sides and resists cracking or peeling. Solar-Max fabric includes UV resistance built into the weave to minimize sun fade and chemical deterioration. They are colorfast in all weather, and dry quickly when wet. The flag features a canvas heading and size #2 brass spur grommets; proudly made in the U.S.A. They have no warranty and are not returnable due to the custom application.

We accept returns of unused products that are defective or not defective. Your return must be processed within 30 days of the date of purchase. We do not process exchanges. We will provide a shipping label by email, you are responsible for bringing the return to the shipping provider.

My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping. So glad she arrived looking as beautiful as i was hoping. Also had a surprise red arrow syngonium cutting that’s beautiful. Also customer service was amazing. Will definitely order from them again.
