Our 18x30 doormats make the perfect personalized gifts, featuring a natural coir front and a slip-resistant backing. We use high quality cured UV Ink that helps prevent fading, and the UV ink affixes directly to each fiber on the doormat, with no vinyl involved and no peeling.
All doormats will discolor after exposure to water and high traffic, so to extend the life keep the mat in a dry, covered area. Size of the doormats: 18 x 30 x.6 (depth varies slightly). All mats are different and unique. Some may be darker or lighter than the photo or have variances of color in the mat. Since coir is made from the husks of coconuts, some fibers might be thicker or thinner than others. There may also be chunks of the husks in the fibers. For Orders of 5 or more pieces, please message us for Bulk Discounts. To clean the mat, shake it out and/or sweep with a broom. I can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Some free shipping products may be limited to the lower 48 states, as indicated by our shipping estimator tools and checkout cart. Outdoor living, home, and garden items ship nationwide. Standard shipping fees are confirmed at checkout based on your address and provider selection. Free shipping items incur zero fees at checkout. Tracking details are emailed instantly upon order fulfillment.
NATIONWIDE SHIPPING RETURNS: 30 day returns.
We accept returns of unused products that are defective or not defective. Your return must be processed within 30 days of the date of purchase. We do not process exchanges. We will provide a shipping label by email, you are responsible for bringing the return to the shipping provider.

There are no returns, exchanges or refunds for products delivered via freight. My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping. So glad she arrived looking as beautiful as i was hoping. Also had a surprise red arrow syngonium cutting that’s beautiful. Also customer service was amazing. Will definitely order from them again.
