Our 18x30 doormats make the perfect personalized gifts, featuring a slip resistant backing and a natural coir front. We use high quality cured UV Ink that helps prevent fading and affixes directly to each fiber on the doormat. With our process there is no vinyl involved, so there will be no peeling.
All doormats discolor after exposure to water and high traffic. To extend their life, keep them in a dry, covered area. For cleaning, shake out or vacuum away debris. The mats measure 18 x 30 x.6 inches, though depth may vary slightly. Each mat is unique, with possible color differences and fiber thickness variations. For orders of 5 or more, contact us for bulk discounts. Returns are the customer's responsibility for shipping costs, and items must be returned in original condition; custom or personalized orders are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.

We accept returns of unused products that are defective or not defective. Your return must be processed within 30 days of the date of purchase. We do not process exchanges. We will provide a shipping label by email, you are responsible for bringing the return to the shipping provider.

My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping.
