Our 18x30 doormats make the perfect personalized gifts. They feature a natural coir front with a slip-resistant backing and measure 18x30x.6 inches (depth may vary slightly). High-quality cured UV ink affixes directly to each fiber to help prevent fading, and because there is no vinyl involved, there will be no peeling.
All mats will discolor after exposure to water and high traffic. To extend the life of your doormat, keep it in a dry, covered area. To clean your doormat, simply shake or vacuum away any debris. Each mat is unique; colors may vary from the photo, and coir fibers may differ in thickness or include husk chunks. For orders of five or more pieces, please message us for Bulk Discounts. Returns: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs; if the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value; I can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders unless they arrive damaged or defective.

We accept returns of unused products that are defective or not defective. Your return must be processed within 30 days of the date of purchase. We do not process exchanges. We will provide a shipping label by email, you are responsible for bringing the return to the shipping provider.

My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping. So glad she arrived looking as beautiful as i was hoping. Also had a surprise red arrow syngonium cutting that’s beautiful. Also customer service was amazing. Will definitely order from them again.
