These 18x30 doormats feature a natural coir front and a slip-resistant backing. The mat uses UV-cured ink that affixes directly to each fiber, helping prevent fading, and there is no vinyl involved, so no peeling. The depth is 0.6 inches, with slight variation between mats. All doormats may discolor after exposure to water and high traffic, and to extend life keep the mat in a dry, covered area. To clean, shake out debris or vacuum as needed.
Each mat is unique, with possible color variations from the photo and differences in coir fiber thickness. Some mats may contain chunks of coconut husk. Returns: Buyers cover return shipping costs, and items not returned in original condition may incur loss in value; custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.

We accept returns of unused products that are defective or not defective. Your return must be processed within 30 days of the date of purchase. We do not process exchanges. We will provide a shipping label by email, you are responsible for bringing the return to the shipping provider.

My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping. So glad she arrived looking as beautiful as i was hoping. Also had a surprise red arrow syngonium cutting that’s beautiful. Also customer service was amazing. Will definitely order from them again.
