The Olympian Fig Tree (Ficus carica 'Olympian') is a cold-tolerant fig variety bred for performance in cooler climates, yet lush and productive enough to thrive in warmer zones. Discovered in Washington state, it produces large, violet-skinned figs with rosy, sugary flesh that’s soft, juicy, and full of flavor.
These figs are excellent for fresh eating and hold up well for drying, canning, and desserts. The tree begins fruiting early, often within the first year or two, and may produce two crops annually in warmer regions. With vigorous growth, high yields, and cold hardiness to 0°F, Olympian suits Zones 6–10, including the Southeast, Pacific Northwest, and inland gardens. It is self-fertile, easy to care for, and adaptable to containers or in-ground planting.

My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping. So glad she arrived looking as beautiful as i was hoping. Also had a surprise red arrow syngonium cutting that’s beautiful. Also customer service was amazing. Will definitely order from them again.
