Each bite blends grains, fruits, and vegetables to supply protein, fiber, and vitamins. The dried mix boils and simmers in 15 minutes, releasing a coconut, cinnamon, apple, and sweet-spicy anise seed aroma. After cooling for five minutes, it’s ready to serve and can be frozen for a week. Crunchy almonds add texture.
100% all natural with no preservatives, this recipe is rich in fiber for digestive health. Anise seed promotes digestion and circulation, while Ceylon cinnamon may help lower blood sugar and support heart health. Pearled barley provides protein, niacin, thiamine, and potassium, and may help inhibit cholesterol production. Unsulphured apples offer dietary fiber, vitamin C, potassium, and antioxidants. My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping. So glad she arrived looking as beautiful as i was hoping. Also had a surprise red arrow syngonium cutting that’s beautiful. Also customer service was amazing. Will definitely order from them again.
