Calabaza squash plant, also known as West Indian pumpkin, is a tropical plant in the Cucurbita family. Native to the West Indies and Central and South America, it adapts to tropical and subtropical climates worldwide. It grows as a vigorous vine with large, heart-shaped, slightly hairy leaves and bright yellow flowers.
Fruits vary in shape and size, typically rounded and lightly ribbed, color ranging from deep green to orange or a mix. Flesh is sweet and orange to yellow, thicker and denser, good for soups, stews, and desserts; vines resist many pests and mature in 95–110 days.

My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping. So glad she arrived looking as beautiful as i was hoping. Also had a surprise red arrow syngonium cutting that’s beautiful. Also customer service was amazing. Will definitely order from them again.
