The Boysenberry plant is a classic American hybrid fruit plant. It produces a rich, juicy flavored fruit that blends the best of blackberry, raspberry, and loganberry. This vigorous, thornless bramble vine produces large, deep maroon-purple berries that are bursting with sweet-tart juice, perfect for fresh eating, pies, preserves, and syrupy summer cobblers.
Developed in California and made famous by family farms like Knott’s Berry Farm, the Boysenberry has become a beloved heirloom among berry growers and foodies alike. Boysenberry brambles are easy to train on trellises, fences, or arches, creating a living wall of berries with high yields. They’re also one of the earliest berries to fruit, with harvests typically starting in late spring to early summer.

My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping.
