NATIONWIDE METAL ART RETURNS: 21 day returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
- In the original packaging
Our return and refund policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a return, refund or exchange.
We only replace metal art items if they are defective or damaged. For all other circumstances, customers are responsible for shipping costs.

My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping. So glad she arrived looking as beautiful as i was hoping. Also had a surprise red arrow syngonium cutting that’s beautiful. Also customer service was amazing. Will definitely order from them again.
