Developed by the University of Florida, it is suited to zones 8–10 and offers ornamental appeal with glossy green foliage and pink fruit clusters.
Berries ripen to rosy-pink with a mildly sweet, refreshing flavor. It pairs with varieties like Sweetcrisp or Emerald to extend harvests and support cross-pollination. The cultivar has a lower chilling requirement than other pink rabbiteye varieties, making it suitable for warmer climates like Florida. It is self-fertile but thrives with a pollinator variety. My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping. So glad she arrived looking as beautiful as i was hoping. Also had a surprise red arrow syngonium cutting that’s beautiful. Also customer service was amazing. Will definitely order from them again.
