Choose between plastic and pulp containers; while plastic is not sustainable, we continue to offer them due to customer demand. Our new Pulp Containers are made of molded cellulose fiber derived from peat, compost cow manure, or recycled newspaper. They provide over 50 times the insulation value of plastic containers, helping protect plants from heat and cold.
These pulp pots are biodegradable and may be planted pot-and-all to shield delicate roots and reduce transplant shock. To plant, simply remove pot bottom, slit sides, tear off rim, and plant.

Some free shipping products may be limited to the lower 48 states, as indicated by our shipping estimator tools and checkout cart. Outdoor living, home, and garden items ship nationwide. Standard shipping fees are confirmed at checkout based on your address and provider selection. Free shipping items incur zero fees at checkout. NATIONWIDE SHIPPING RETURNS: 30 day returns.
We accept returns of unused products that are defective or not defective. Your return must be processed within 30 days of the date of purchase. We do not process exchanges. We will provide a shipping label by email, you are responsible for bringing the return to the shipping provider.

There are no returns, exchanges or refunds for products delivered via freight. My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping. So glad she arrived looking as beautiful as i was hoping. Also had a surprise red arrow syngonium cutting that’s beautiful. Also customer service was amazing. Will definitely order from them again.
