The Black Pepper plant is a perennial woody vine native to southern Asia. It can reach up to 13 ft in height and is well suited for trellises, porches, fences, and poles with its spreading growth. The vines readily root and take hold on soil and surfaces, making cultivation straightforward.
Fruit is borne on the vine as small flowers that produce long spikes of dark red fruit. The drupes are peppercorns, growing in clusters of 20–30. They are dried and crushed into pepper; harvest timing and drying determine color, yielding black, white, or green pepper. Black Pepper thrives in well-drained, moist soils rich in nutrients, and it tolerates various altitudes; it can also be grown as a houseplant in temperate climates.

Good solution. The little flies have disappeared. We were sure to mist/moisten the surface of each plant once a day for 4 or 5 days, after the initial application of the nematodes, to keep the little guys mobile and able to get to any remaining eggs. So, go for it!

My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping. So glad she arrived looking as beautiful as i was hoping. Also had a surprise red arrow syngonium cutting that’s beautiful. Also customer service was amazing. Will definitely order from them again.
