🕒 1. Order Availability & Delivery Timelines

• Age Requirement: The person placing the order must be at least 18 years old and present to sign for the delivery.

• Delays: Unique Piece Furniture is not responsible for manufacturer delays or causes beyond company control.
• Item Removal: Delivery services do not include the removal of your current household items.
• Moving Restrictions: Delivery personnel will not move, and are not responsible for moving, any existing items in the delivery path.
• Site Preparation: The delivery path and room space must be completely cleared prior to arrival. Failure to clear the space may result in a rescheduled delivery and an additional delivery fee.

• Special order items.
• Opened bedding and mattresses.
• Accessories, lamps, and pictures.
• Extended warranties and protection plans.
• Delivery fees and service charges.

🔁 4. Approved Returns & Exchanges Conditions:

• Prior Approval: All returns and exchanges must be explicitly approved by the store before transit.
• Time Windows: Approved items must be returned within 10 days of delivery or pickup.
• Restocking Penalties: A minimum 31% restocking/cancellation fee applies to approved returns. Original delivery fees, re-delivery fees, and return pickup fees are strictly non-refundable and are at the cosumers expense.
• Product Condition: Merchandise must be in brand-new condition, within the original packaging and accompanied by the original purchase receipt.
• Transportation Logistics: The customer is fully responsible for handling all return transportation.
• Refund Method: Refunds are processed back to the original purchase card within 2 to 10 business days. Cash refunds are not available.
