Built for road bikes and spin bikes, each unit weighs roughly 225 grams and pairs an aluminum alloy frame with a chromoly steel axle. Sealed bearings ensure consistent rotation, while the reinforced stainless steel body plate minimizes flex and reduces surface wear. The 103 by 98 by 30 millimeter chassis utilizes a hollow bevel design to lower weight, and distinct left-and-right markings guide accurate mounting.
These self-locking pedals mount to standard 9/16-inch crank arms and pair with Look Keo compatible footwear. An adjustment feature allows riders to modify clip tightness according to personal pedaling habits, supporting both daily training and sports use. Installation takes about five minutes using the included hex tool, which also secures the housing and refines clip looseness. Finished in black, the ST90SP772BBT model delivers dependable power transfer through its large pedaling surface.

Good solution. The little flies have disappeared. We were sure to mist/moisten the surface of each plant once a day for 4 or 5 days, after the initial application of the nematodes, to keep the little guys mobile and able to get to any remaining eggs. So, go for it!

My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping. So glad she arrived looking as beautiful as i was hoping. Also had a surprise red arrow syngonium cutting that’s beautiful. Also customer service was amazing. Will definitely order from them again.
