The Bhut Jolokia White, or White Ghost Pepper, is a variant of the Ghost Pepper. The fruit ripens to a creamy white color and has a distinct, slightly wrinkled, elongated shape with a pointed tip. The plant is compact, typically reaching 2–3 feet tall.
As a warm-season pepper, it has a long growing season and prefers warm temperatures, full sun, and well-drained soil. Start indoors and transplant outside once temperatures reliably exceed 60°F. The pepper is extremely hot—slightly less spicy than red Bhut Jolokia—and should be handled with gloves and kept away from eyes. Use is usually sparing; it enhances hot sauces, salsas, and marinades, and can be used fresh or dried.

My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping.
