This antique Tekke Yomud Yomut Chuval rug bag face originated as a tent-bag face, or chuval. It features nine large Tschowal güls of the Kizilayak Turkmenen with secondary Sharch Palak guls, framed by a Yomud Asmalyk star border and flanked by running dog guard bands that resemble a stylized Vitruvian scroll.
Hand-knotted wool rug, made in Turkmenistan (Old Russia), with abrash and age wear. Measures 02'06” x 03'09”. Rug Number: 1541. Associated with Tekke, Yomud, Yomut, and Saryk tribes.

My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping. So glad she arrived looking as beautiful as i was hoping. Also had a surprise red arrow syngonium cutting that’s beautiful. Also customer service was amazing. Will definitely order from them again.
