Anise Hyssop Plant, also known as blue giant hyssop plant, fragrant giant hyssop and lavender giant hyssop plant, is an easy to grow, herbaceous perennial herb of the Lamiaceae family. Both the flowers and leaves have an intense licorice aroma and a bitter-minty flavor. The blossoms are often eaten as a salad garnish, and fresh or dried leaves may be brewed into a soothing tea.
Anise Hyssop grows 2-4 feet tall and about 1-3 feet wide, and it thrives in sun to partial shade. It can tolerate a wide range of soils as long as there is good drainage and is tolerant to drought, making it a great addition to water-wise gardens. Hyssop can be used as a cough and cold remedy in tea, where it loosens mucus, aids congestion, and lessens symptoms of colds, flu, sinus infections, and bronchitis.

My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping. So glad she arrived looking as beautiful as i was hoping. Also had a surprise red arrow syngonium cutting that’s beautiful. Also customer service was amazing. Will definitely order from them again.
