Molten glass is mouth-blown into finely carved molds available only to the Merck family’s Old World Christmas, before a hot solution of liquid silver is poured inside. The ornaments are then hand-painted and glittered through a series of labor-intensive steps to create the final piece.

My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping. So glad she arrived looking as beautiful as i was hoping. Also had a surprise red arrow syngonium cutting that’s beautiful. Also customer service was amazing. Will definitely order from them again.
