Amblyseius swirskii is a predatory mite that controls whitefly nymphs, eggs, and thrips larvae, and it can also control broad mites. It is applied directly to plant foliage and should be used at the first sign of pest infestation.
Application rates by infestation level: Preventative 1–2 per square foot; Moderate 2–4 per square foot; Heavy 4–8 per square foot. For best results, apply at the first sign of pest infestation. Store in a cool place at 60–68 °F (15–20 °C) for up to two days; use within 18 hours of receipt. Apply directly to plant foliage; sachets should contact plant material, or sprinkle the loose material on top of foliage; apply when temperatures are above 90 °F or below 55 °F.

My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping.
