USA-made Bootstrap Farmer Caterpillar Tunnel Kit blends traditional cat-tunnel simplicity with hoop-house durability for crop protection without end walls. It’s designed to withstand harsher weather and is easier to assemble than a traditional high tunnel, helping farms run smoothly. Available in 20’, 40’, 60’, 80’, 100’, 150’ lengths; widths 14’ or 20’, with center heights around 9’4” (14’ wide) or 11’4” (20’ wide). Note: 20’ tunnels extend 12’ past each end; 14’ tunnels extend 9’ when doors are closed.
Kit includes Flo-Coat on US-made galvanized pipes, 16 GA pre-bent hoops, 16 GA ground posts, and a galvanized hardware kit with brace bands, nuts, bolts, washers, and zinc self-tap screws. It also provides nut drivers, drill bits, a ground post driver, and 6 mil greenhouse plastic (4-year warranty). Batten Strap and hoop springs secure plastic and enable manual ventilation; butterfly doors simplify end-wall access. Optional add-ons: Shade Cloth Kit, Weed Barrier Ground Cover, and Truss support. My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping. So glad she arrived looking as beautiful as i was hoping. Also had a surprise red arrow syngonium cutting that’s beautiful. Also customer service was amazing. Will definitely order from them again.
