Discover the CRISTEL 1826 collection with this brushed stainless steel saucepan. The 1826 designation commemorates the world’s first stamped saucepan, made at our Fesches-le-Châtel factory two centuries ago, and this piece reflects that history with a tapered shape for compact storage. Its three-layer heat-diffusing base (induction stainless steel – aluminum – 18/10 stainless steel) delivers rapid, even heat across the base, while a 1-ply body retains heat during serving.
Ergonomic, heat-resistant handle is riveted to the body and stays cool on induction and glass-ceramic hobs for a secure grip. The polished finish contrasts with the brushed structure. The set includes five pieces: 1.5 Qt saucepan with lid (6" dia); 3 Qt saucepan with lid (8" dia); 4.5 Qt stewpot with lid (9.5" dia); 8" frying pan; 10" frying pan. Rounded glass lid distributes heat and retains moisture; borosilicate glass tolerates up to 400°F for covered oven roasting.

My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping. So glad she arrived looking as beautiful as i was hoping. Also had a surprise red arrow syngonium cutting that’s beautiful. Also customer service was amazing. Will definitely order from them again.
