The 12 Inch Hose Reel and Three Quarter Inch Manifold is a rock-solid unit designed for washing tasks. Its large capacity holds more hose, while a 316 stainless fully welded internal manifold provides a 3/4" internal diameter for high flow. The full frame design with welded corners offers reliable stability. It features stainless pillow block bearings with grease fittings, a stainless locking pin, and a rubber brake. A Skunk Swivel is included, and an extra swivel is recommended as a backup.
Durable construction uses an aluminum frame and a 316 stainless welded internal manifold, plus heavy-duty bearings with grease fittings. The stainless locking pin and rubber brake complete the system. Sized for a stout pressure washer reel, it also suits softwash rigs. Dimensions: 17 3/4" wide, 13 3/4" deep, 18" tall. Hose capacity: 425' of 1/4", 300' of 3/8", 200' of 1/2", or 150' of 5/8" depending on hose size. Maintenance: grease bearings monthly; lubricate locking pin springs as needed.
