The 1 in FPT L Series Automatic Valve 57281 is designed to control the flow of water in sprinkler or drip irrigation zones. It features a 24 VAC solenoid with manual actuation via a twist, an internal scrubber filter to prevent clogs from dirty water, and four captured screws in the lid for easy servicing of the diaphragm.
Constructed from PVC and available with 3/4-in. or 1-in. FPT thread sizes, it serves as a direct replacement for valves in Orbit heavy-duty preassembled manifolds and is compatible with controllers from Orbit, Hydro-Rain, and other major brands.

My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping.
