De magnifiques floraisons. Le frangipanier produit de grandes grappes de fleurs parfumées presque toute l'année, offrant un spectacle magnifique et illuminant votre jardin quasiment en permanence. À maturité, il atteint une hauteur de 38 à 50 cm et une largeur de 15 à 25 cm.
Faciles à cultiver et nécessitant peu d'entretien, les frangipaniers prospèrent avec un minimum de soins et se multiplient aisément. Les espèces de plumeria se propagent facilement par bouturage des extrémités des tiges au printemps.
Moralité. Le frangipanier est généralement associé aux sentiments sensuels de romance et d'amour. Il est considéré comme sacré, tel l'Arbre de Vie.
Faites tremper la plupart des graines pendant 8 à 12 heures ou placez-les entre des feuilles de papier absorbant humidifiées pendant 24 heures dans un endroit chaud. Enfoncez délicatement la graine de frangipanier d'environ 5 mm dans le terreau. La germination prendra de sept jours à plus d'un mois.
