Le kiwi 'Prolific' ( Actinidia arguta ) est une variété rustique qui produit de petits fruits à la peau lisse, de la taille d'un raisin, au goût sucré et acidulé. Contrairement aux kiwis traditionnels à la peau duveteuse, le kiwi 'Prolific' se consomme entier, peau comprise. Reconnu pour sa résistance au froid, cette vigne vigoureuse à feuilles caduques est idéale pour les climats tempérés où les variétés de kiwis classiques peinent à s'épanouir. Grâce à sa croissance rapide et sa capacité à fructifier dès 3 à 4 ans, le kiwi 'Prolific' est très apprécié des jardiniers à la recherche d'une vigne fruitière productive et facile à cultiver.
Fruits : Le kiwi « Prolific » produit de petits fruits lisses, semblables à des raisins, au goût sucré et légèrement acidulé. Entièrement comestibles, y compris leur peau fine, ces fruits se distinguent des variétés de kiwis plus grosses et duveteuses. Riches en vitamine C, en potassium et en fibres, ils sont très nutritifs et se dégustent aussi bien frais que dans des salades de fruits ou encore mixés dans des smoothies.
Feuillage : Cette vigne possède des feuilles vertes luxuriantes en forme de cœur qui lui confèrent un aspect ornemental attrayant au jardin. À l’automne, son feuillage se pare d’un jaune éclatant, ajoutant une touche de couleur saisonnière.
Port : Le kiwi ‘Prolific’ est une vigne grimpante à feuilles caduques à croissance rapide qui peut atteindre 4,5 à 6 mètres de hauteur avec un support adapté. Il se prête parfaitement aux treillis, pergolas et tonnelles, ce qui en fait un atout à la fois productif et ornemental pour tout jardin.

Good solution. The little flies have disappeared. We were sure to mist/moisten the surface of each plant once a day for 4 or 5 days, after the initial application of the nematodes, to keep the little guys mobile and able to get to any remaining eggs. So, go for it!

My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping. So glad she arrived looking as beautiful as i was hoping. Also had a surprise red arrow syngonium cutting that’s beautiful. Also customer service was amazing. Will definitely order from them again.
