Cet arbuste nain, dense et ornemental, offre dès son plus jeune âge de jolies fleurs simples rouge orangé, suivies de fruits ornementaux rouge orangé vif.
Idéal pour les contenants ou pour une utilisation au jardin.
Les graines germeront à température ambiante normale en 30 à 40 jours, mais l'utilisation d'un tapis chauffant de propagation à 80 degrés peut réduire ce temps de moitié.
Maintenez le sol humide, sans le détremper pour éviter que les graines ne pourrissent. L'idéal est de les vaporiser légèrement jusqu'à ce qu'elles soient humides.
Ce petit arbuste dense et ornemental offre dès son plus jeune âge une floraison simple d'un rouge orangé éclatant, suivie de fruits décoratifs de la même couleur. Excellent en pot ou en pleine terre, il se prête particulièrement bien à la culture en bonsaï. Il prospère dans les régions chaudes et sèches. Bien que les grenadiers existent en différentes tailles, la variété Nana est considérée comme le grenadier nain. Atteignant une hauteur de 90 à 120 cm à maturité, il est idéal pour les haies, les pots et même les bonsaïs. Attendez-vous à une explosion de fleurs orange et rouges tout au long de l'été, puis à un feuillage jaune doré à l'automne : voilà ce que vous pouvez attendre d'un grenadier nain. Il produit bien des grenades, mais celles-ci sont plus petites et ont un goût différent.
