Essentiellement, c'est un fruit de la passion géant qui produit le plus gros fruit du genre Passiflora. Pour les habitants des Amériques tropicales, de l'Asie du Sud-Est et de l'Australie, la grenadille géante est un fruit familier. Elle pousse à l'état sauvage dans ces régions, dans des climats de jungle tropicale luxuriante. Par conséquent, elle préfère des conditions climatiques chaudes et humides de jour comme de nuit.
La grenadille géante est une plante grimpante à croissance rapide, avec une base ligneuse. À maturité, elle peut atteindre 15 mètres de hauteur. Ses fleurs sont presque identiques aux fleurs froufrous, en forme de feux d'artifice, des autres vignes de la passion, mais deux fois plus grandes. Les fleurs produisent des fruits aromatiques, ressemblant à des melons, avec une chair rosée ou blanche. Elle peut être très sensible à des conditions plus froides que celles des basses terres tropicales, alors planifiez en conséquence.
La grenadille géante a également un énorme appétit pour un sol profond, fertile et bien drainé. Une fois récoltés, les fruits de la grenadille géante peuvent être consommés, coupés en morceaux et combinés pour des salades de fruits uniques, où elle ajoute un charme doux avec un soupçon de saveur citronnée.

Good solution. The little flies have disappeared. We were sure to mist/moisten the surface of each plant once a day for 4 or 5 days, after the initial application of the nematodes, to keep the little guys mobile and able to get to any remaining eggs. So, go for it!

My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping. So glad she arrived looking as beautiful as i was hoping. Also had a surprise red arrow syngonium cutting that’s beautiful. Also customer service was amazing. Will definitely order from them again.
