Le rhizome de gingembre ( Boesenbergia rotunda ), également appelé gingembre chinois ou krachai, est une plante aromatique à rhizome très utilisée dans la cuisine et la médecine traditionnelle d'Asie du Sud-Est. Il doit son nom à ses longues racines en forme de doigts, très appréciées pour leur saveur particulière, semblable à celle du gingembre, mais plus douce et légèrement poivrée. Le rhizome de gingembre est un ingrédient essentiel des cuisines thaïlandaise, indonésienne et malaisienne, auquel il apporte une saveur unique, notamment aux currys, soupes et sautés. En médecine traditionnelle, il est utilisé pour ses propriétés anti-inflammatoires, antimicrobiennes et digestives. Good solution. The little flies have disappeared. We were sure to mist/moisten the surface of each plant once a day for 4 or 5 days, after the initial application of the nematodes, to keep the little guys mobile and able to get to any remaining eggs. So, go for it!

My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping. So glad she arrived looking as beautiful as i was hoping. Also had a surprise red arrow syngonium cutting that’s beautiful. Also customer service was amazing. Will definitely order from them again.
