Mentha Requienii est un membre de la famille des menthes et est communément appelée « Menthe de Corse ». C’est une plante vivace très parfumée, robuste et à croissance rapide, parfaite comme couvre-sol. Elle présente des feuilles vert vif et la tige carrée emblématique des menthes. Elle est connue pour son fort arôme de menthe-sauge, c’est pourquoi elle est fréquemment utilisée en cuisine pour aromatiser les plats. Cette menthe est originaire de Corse, d’Italie et de Sardaigne, mais s’est naturalisée dans des environnements similaires ailleurs.
La Menthe de Corse pousse près du sol et apprécie l’ombre partielle avec un sol humide. Laisser sécher la plante entre les arrosages contribuera à augmenter sa robustesse ainsi que la production d’huiles essentielles. Il en résulte une herbe plus forte et plus savoureuse !

Good solution. The little flies have disappeared. We were sure to mist/moisten the surface of each plant once a day for 4 or 5 days, after the initial application of the nematodes, to keep the little guys mobile and able to get to any remaining eggs. So, go for it!

My new babay arrived safely and only lost two little leaves so far. The first one I ordered from different shop arrived with two leaves attached that fell off within ten minutes of unboxing and 22 leaves that had came off during shipping. So glad she arrived looking as beautiful as i was hoping. Also had a surprise red arrow syngonium cutting that’s beautiful. Also customer service was amazing. Will definitely order from them again. Hoghly recommend this shop.
